A 19‑year‑old leader of the nihilistic violent extremist group “764” has pleaded guilty to RICO charges and multiple counts of child exploitation. According to the Justice Department, the defendant coerced minors into committing acts of self‑harm, producing exploitative material, and even attempting suicide. Authorities say he led an online network designed to target vulnerable children, promote violence, and spread chaos as part of an accelerationist ideology aimed at destabilizing society.

Federal officials called the guilty plea a major step toward justice and a critical move to protect vulnerable youth. [justice.gov]
